About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter with 5+ years of experience in non‑IT recruitment. The role involves managing end‑to‑end hiring processes, building talent pipelines and ensuring a smooth candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for various non‑IT positions.
• Understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on role requirements.
• Coordinate interview processes with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate information in ATS/HRMS systems.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future needs.
• Negotiate compensation, offers and joining timelines with candidates.
• Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress and produce accurate reports.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to meet hiring priorities and timelines.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in non‑IT recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of end‑to‑end recruitment processes.
• Hands‑on experience with ATS and HRMS tools.
• Good knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Effective stakeholder management and coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple positions and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow‑up and candidate engagement skills.
• Understanding of recruitment metrics and turnaround times.
• Experience handling multiple non‑IT functions and senior‑level hiring.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced recruitment environment.
• Excellent networking and talent‑pipeline‑building capabilities.
