Senior Recruiter – Executive Search (Real Estate & Infrastructure)

About the role

Fairgrowth Management Consultants is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead executive search assignments across real estate, infrastructure, engineering, and related sectors. You will partner with top‑tier clients to identify and attract leadership talent that drives their growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to offer rollout and onboarding.
• Source candidates using Naukri Resdex, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job portals, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for mid‑level to senior leadership positions.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for the targeted industries.
• Collaborate closely with clients and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates.
• Negotiate offers, ensure a positive candidate experience, and track recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• 2–6 years of recruitment consultancy or executive‑search experience.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation abilities.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated, and comfortable in a fast‑paced environment.
