Senior Recruiter – Commercial Hiring in Life Sciences

About the role

Cielo is seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead commercial hiring for the Life Sciences sector. You will act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional talent and providing proactive communication throughout the recruitment cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define role requirements and market conditions.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Commercial functions such as Sales, Marketing, Commercial Excellence, Business Analytics, and Service Sales.
• Screen, assess, and present high‑quality candidate slates while building proactive talent pipelines.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering market insights, talent availability, and hiring recommendations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring leaders and HR to craft competitive offer recommendations.
• Track recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members, sharing best practices and market knowledge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in business, management, human resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Familiarity with recruitment technologies such as ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles, practices and talent‑acquisition metrics.
• Experience recruiting for Commercial functions and preferably within MedTech, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Healthcare, Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical industries.
