Senior Receptionist

About the role

The Senior Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors at the Clay by Lingaraj Granites showroom in Bhubaneswar. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures a professional and welcoming atmosphere while supporting daily administrative operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and direct visitors, manage front‑desk operations and answer incoming calls.
• Schedule appointments, maintain visitor logs and coordinate meeting‑room usage.
• Provide accurate information about showroom products and services.
• Handle basic clerical duties such as correspondence, filing and document management.
• Resolve customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure smooth showroom workflow.

Required profile

• Strong phone etiquette and reception skills.
• Solid clerical abilities for scheduling, filing and record‑keeping.
• Excellent communication in English and local languages.
• Dedicated customer‑service mindset.
• Relevant experience as a receptionist or front‑office executive, preferably in retail, hospitality or showroom settings.
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and office software.
• Organizational talent, attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Minimum high‑school diploma; a bachelor’s degree is a plus.
