Senior React Native Mobile Developer (Hyderabad)

About the role

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for an experienced React Native Mobile Developer to join its Product Engineering team in Hyderabad. Reporting to the Head of Product Engineering, you will help shape the mobile experience for the bank’s customers across Android and iOS platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and design teams to translate UI concepts into high‑quality mobile components.
• Develop responsive, pixel‑perfect interfaces using React Native, JavaScript, and related libraries.
• Write, test, and debug code, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to architectural standards.
• Maintain a reusable component library and convert Figma designs into functional UI elements.
• Monitor application performance, conduct profiling, and implement improvements.
• Document changes and support timely releases with the broader engineering team.

Required profile

• 6‑9 years of professional software development experience, with at least 5 years focused on React Native.
• Strong understanding of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and responsive web design principles.
• Proven ability to work in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
