Senior R&D Member of Technical Staff

About the role

AVEVA is seeking a senior developer to join its CONNECT development team in Bangalore. You will design and deliver complex technical solutions for industrial software, working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Product Owner, stakeholders and the Scrum team to define, design and implement solution requirements.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, backlog refinement, retrospectives and reviews.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer‑reported issues in partnership with Customer Support.
• Ensure code quality through peer reviews, unit testing and proper documentation.
• Analyze security requirements and implement solutions that meet industry cyber‑security standards.

Required profile

• Strong design and coding abilities in multiple languages, with proven expertise in C#.
• Solid experience with object‑oriented programming and writing unit test cases.
• Hands‑on experience in cloud development using ASP.NET Core and Azure services.
• Familiarity with front‑end frameworks such as Angular (v6+).
• Understanding of micro‑services architecture, design patterns and Agile methodologies.
