Senior Quality Executive – Construction

About the role

Isprava, a leading luxury home developer, is seeking a Senior Quality Executive to ensure the highest standards of quality across its construction projects in Goa and Kasauli. The role involves overseeing inspection, testing, and acceptance of materials, as well as managing in‑process and final snagging activities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and monitor quality assurance procedures for architectural and interior design projects.
• Conduct periodic visits to RMC plants, factories, vendor yards and other sources for assessment and approvals.
• Witness trial mix tests and other laboratory examinations at third‑party labs.
• Coordinate material testing and onsite inspections of construction materials.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of quality control activities in line with Project Quality Plans and ITPs.

Required profile

• Senior‑level professional with experience in construction quality management.
• Strong understanding of inspection, testing, and snagging processes.
• Ability to work on‑site across multiple locations.
