About the role

We are looking for a Senior Purchase Executive to lead procurement activities for our manufacturing, maintenance and industrial divisions. The role ensures timely sourcing of quality materials at competitive prices while maintaining strong vendor relationships and compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

Monitor material flow to prevent line stoppages and ensure uninterrupted production.
Manage the end‑to‑end purchase cycle from order placement, goods receipt, accounting entries to payment remittance.
Maintain compliance with ISO, IMS, audit and statutory requirements.
Support value‑engineering initiatives and drive cost‑reduction projects.

Required profile

B.Tech (Mechanical) engineering graduate.
Knowledge of steel, hardware, fabrication or other industrial materials.
Proven experience in vendor development, purchase order processing and SAP operations.

Required skills

Vendor development and performance monitoring.
Purchase order creation and quotation comparison.
Inventory monitoring and MIS reporting.
Negotiation and procurement documentation.
SAP/ERP system usage.
