Senior Public Relations Executive

About the role

Trivium Public Relations is seeking a proactive Senior Public Relations Executive to join its Mumbai team on a remote basis. The role involves executing communication strategies, managing media outreach, and delivering high‑quality client service across multiple accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Execute strategic PR and communication plans aligned with client objectives.
• Manage strategy, communication and coordination for assigned client accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with journalists, editors and media professionals across print, digital, television and industry publications.
• Develop story angles, media pitches and proactive outreach campaigns.
• Draft and edit press releases, thought‑leadership articles, award nominations and other communication material.
• Coordinate media interviews, product launches, announcements and brand events.
• Identify news‑jacking opportunities and monitor media coverage, preparing performance reports.
• Conduct media research, build targeted media lists and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication or related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in a PR consultancy or communications agency, handling multiple client accounts.
• Strong understanding of media relations and editorial processes, with existing journalist contacts preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail‑oriented, proactive and capable of working independently in a fast‑paced agency environment.
