Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high‑impact projects from initiation through delivery. The role is responsible for aligning project outcomes with strategic business objectives while driving cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables and success metrics.
• Plan, execute and monitor projects to ensure on‑time, within‑budget delivery.
• Lead cross‑functional teams, coordinate resources and manage stakeholder expectations.
• Identify risks, issues and dependencies and implement mitigation strategies.
• Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Promote best practices, continuous improvement and efficient workflows.

Required profile

• 7+ years of project management experience with a proven track record of successful delivery.
• Expertise in Agile, Scrum or Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Asana or Trello.
• Hands‑on experience applying Agile, Scrum and Waterfall frameworks.
