Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multiple large, complex, customer‑facing projects across various technology domains. You will be responsible for end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operational and tactical aspects of multiple large projects with several work streams.
• Create detailed Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) with interdependencies and define critical paths.
• Develop and execute internal and external communication strategies for all management levels.
• Monitor, report, and present project progress to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal/external stakeholders.
• Create and maintain resource plans to ensure effective allocation across the project portfolio.
• Utilize project‑management tools and techniques to improve execution efficiency.
• Implement engagement reviews, quality‑assurance procedures, and risk‑management plans.
• Manage scope changes, financial components, profitability, revenue, margins, and utilization.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of all project deliverables.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience as an Associate Project Manager or Project Manager in a Professional Services or Managed Services environment.
• Proven track record leading external, customer‑facing projects, preferably for global financial clients.
• Experience with networking, storage, virtualization, cloud, security, or unified communications projects.
• Multisite deployment experience (e.g., wireless, Wi‑Fi, POS).
• PMP and/or CAPM certification is desirable.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ability to produce financial reports (experience with Clarity is a plus).
• Extensive people‑management, strategic‑planning, change‑management, and risk‑management experience.
