Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager with 10‑12 years of experience to lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex digital products, including travel eSIM platforms, mobile apps and web solutions. The role is hybrid based in Pune and will coordinate business, product and engineering teams to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive end‑to‑end project execution across web and mobile platforms, ensuring scope, quality and budget.
• Manage multiple parallel projects with clear prioritisation and resource allocation.
• Lead sprint planning, execution and retrospectives; maintain product backlog aligned with business goals.
• Gather, refine and translate stakeholder requirements into user stories, PRDs and BRDs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams (engineering, QA, design, DevOps, product) to remove blockers and ensure smooth communication.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering ownership and continuous improvement.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies and monitor delivery health using KPIs.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation in Confluence/Jira/Monday and enforce governance frameworks.
• Leverage AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Cursor) to improve planning, documentation and delivery speed.

Required profile

• 10‑12 years of experience in IT/Software project or program management.
• Proven track record delivering mobile applications (iOS, Android, preferably Flutter) and web platforms.
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle and hybrid/agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive alignment between business and technical teams.
