Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Delivery Manager to lead end‑to‑end IT service and program delivery, with a strong focus on data platforms and production support governance. The role requires managing large‑scale engagements, ensuring operational excellence, and aligning delivery outcomes with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee large‑scale IT delivery engagements across service, program, and data domains.
• Ensure production support governance covering incident, problem, change, and release management.
• Manage SAP ECC/BW ecosystems, including ABAP‑based data extraction and integrations.
• Oversee BI and reporting platforms such as Power BI and SAP BusinessObjects.
• Drive data governance, data quality, and reconciliation frameworks.
• Implement Data Ops/DevOps practices for scalable data pipelines.
• Engage senior stakeholders, influence decisions, and manage escalations.

Required profile

• 10+ years of IT delivery experience, with 3–5+ years in senior service/program/data delivery leadership.
• Proven track record in production support governance and SAP ECC/BW environments.
• Strong exposure to BI/reporting tools (Power BI, SAP BusinessObjects).
• Working knowledge of ITIL frameworks (certification preferred).
• Demonstrated ability in RCA, risk mitigation, and service excellence.
