Senior Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead complex technology projects from conception through delivery. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and release schedules.
• Execute projects, ensuring adherence to quality standards, budget constraints, and margin targets.
• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery operations and manage project financials and resource allocation.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering collaboration and independent work.
• Facilitate workshops, design discussions, and governance meetings with customers and stakeholders.
• Organise handover of completed work to offshore delivery or customer support for smooth transition to go‑live.
• Identify risks and develop high‑level mitigation strategies.
• Track deliverables and secure timely sign‑off.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 years of experience managing technology projects.
• Proven ability to manage project financials, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and performance.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities for workshops and governance meetings.
