Senior Project Manager – IAM Application Onboarding

About the role

DHL IT Services is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic Identity and Access Management (IAM) initiatives across the DHL Group. You will drive large‑scale application onboarding programs, ensuring seamless integration of applications into the central IAM and PIAM platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end IAM and PIAM application onboarding using a factory delivery model.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning for multiple concurrent initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams of Business Analysts, Developers, Test Engineers, Architects, Product Owners, and Support Teams across global locations.
• Establish delivery governance, status reporting, and executive communications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, security teams, and platform owners to drive onboarding decisions.
• Oversee delivery readiness, testing, deployment, release planning, and go‑live activities.
• Facilitate issue resolution, dependency management, and executive‑level escalations.
• Drive continuous improvement, process optimisation, and maturity enhancements within the PIAM delivery organisation.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, regulatory, and governance requirements throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior project manager handling large‑scale IAM or PIAM onboarding programmes.
• Strong ability to manage scope, budget, schedule, risks and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience coordinating global, cross‑functional teams in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
• Excellent communication skills for executive reporting and governance.
• Knowledge of security, audit and regulatory compliance in IAM projects.
