Senior Project Manager – Engineering Projects

About the role

Jacobs is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery, design management, and overall execution of complex engineering projects. You will work closely with commercial, engineering, and design leaders to turn client concepts into operational solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Issue, update and maintain the Project Procedures Manual and Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Incorporate project controls and quality plans into the PEP.
• Provide leadership to the project team and ensure alignment with the client.
• Execute project scope according to the PEP, meeting design, requisition, and engineering deliverables on schedule.
• Manage project cash flow, budgets, and work‑hour usage.
• Conduct project coordination meetings, risk updates, and change‑management procedures.
• Oversee quality audits, preventive and corrective actions, and close‑out reporting.
• Address technical queries, non‑conformities, and site troubleshooting promptly.
• Maintain long‑term client relationships and respond to feedback or complaints.

Required profile

• Degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Process or Mechanical Engineering.
• 15–20 years of experience in design engineering and project delivery.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage large‑scale projects.
