Senior Project Manager – Construction (US Projects)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead administrative, technical, and engineering activities for large‑scale US construction projects. This high‑ownership position involves coordinating teams, managing client communications, and ensuring quality delivery while gaining strong exposure to US construction practices and VDC engineering.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project submittals, RFIs, change orders, and overall project coordination.
• Lead, supervise, train, and develop project engineering teams.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, ensuring clear communication across all stakeholders.
• Track priorities, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation, records, reports, and correspondence.
• Support estimating and resource planning for new projects.
• Coordinate daily with US‑based stakeholders and project teams.
• Ensure adherence to quality and delivery standards and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8–14 years overall experience with at least 5 years in construction project management.
• 2–3+ years of BIM & Revit experience for construction documentation and coordination.
• Engineering graduate (B.Arch, Civil, or MS in Construction Management) or equivalent.
• Experience in at least two of the following: submittals, RFIs, change orders, quantity take‑offs, estimation, project coordination.
• 4–5+ years of team handling or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with US‑based teams and proven ability to manage projects from initiation to completion.
