Senior Project Lead – Large-Scale Building Project (PMC)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Lead to head a large‑scale building construction project in Dehradun. The role demands deep expertise in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) and a proven record of delivering complex residential, commercial or mixed‑use developments from concept to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of the project, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality targets are met.
• Coordinate PMC teams, contractors, consultants and vendors while enforcing governance frameworks.
• Develop and maintain master schedules, resource plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Manage contracts, tendering, vendor selection and monitor contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, construction specifications, HSE regulations and conduct regular audits.
• Oversee project finances, cost control, cash‑flow monitoring and approve bills.
• Liaise with government authorities, regulatory bodies and local agencies, providing regular updates to senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 20 years of experience in construction/project management.
• Strong background in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) – mandatory.
• Experience delivering large‑scale building projects (preferably >₹300 Cr).
• Familiarity with hill or terrain‑sensitive projects in the Dehradun region.
• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or a related field.
