Senior Product Marketing Associate

About the role

The Senior Product Marketing Associate will lead LiveOps campaign planning, execution and optimization for Skillz’s mobile esports platform. You will shape promotional strategies, audience segmentation and multi‑channel CRM initiatives to drive player engagement, retention and monetization.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimize LiveOps campaigns, limited‑time offers and loyalty programs.
• Design promotional offers, marketing callouts and creative direction for seasonal and tentpole events.
• Develop audience segmentation and lifecycle marketing strategies with personalized targeting.
• Manage multi‑channel CRM execution across push, email, in‑app messaging and SMS.
• Analyze campaign performance, run A/B tests and apply data‑driven optimizations.
• Collaborate with product, analytics, design, social and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in product marketing, LiveOps, CRM or growth marketing, preferably in mobile gaming.
• Strong understanding of player engagement, retention, monetization and lifecycle marketing.
• Proven ability to design offers, promotional mechanics and value propositions that drive deposits and participation.
• Hands‑on experience with campaign and analytics platforms such as CleverTap, Braze, AppsFlyer, Tableau or Google Analytics.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for content creation and workflow automation.
• Demonstrated expertise in A/B testing, experimentation and data‑driven decision making.
