Senior Product Manager

About the role

BlueOptima is looking for a Senior Product Manager to own the end‑to‑end vision and commercial success of Code Insights, its application security platform. You will define the roadmap, drive product narrative, and be the public face of the solution with security leaders and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Set and defend the product roadmap for secrets detection, SAST and SCA, partnering with engineering to ship high‑quality releases and reporting progress to senior leadership.
• Pitch Code Insights to CISOs, SecOps leads and security architects, own customer pilots from technical validation through commercial conversion, and translate field feedback into product decisions.
• Develop the product‑led growth motion using the shift‑left, developer‑first design (CLI, pre‑commit hooks, CI/CD integration) and collaborate with design and marketing to build a self‑serve adoption journey.

Required profile

• 6–7+ years of product management or a customer‑facing technical role with full roadmap ownership.
• Strong knowledge of application security concepts such as SAST, SCA, secrets detection or software supply‑chain security; deep expertise is a plus.
• MBA or equivalent business training combined with technical depth, enabling fluent communication with engineers, CISOs and executives.
