Senior Product Manager – International Payments

About the role

Paytm is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead its International Expansion charter for payments. You will own the end‑to‑end roadmap for cross‑border merchant onboarding, card acceptance, clearing, settlement and payouts, working closely with business leaders and engineering partners.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap for international payments covering merchant onboarding, card acceptance, clearing, settlement, payouts and reconciliation.
• Lead integrations with card schemes, onboarding vendors, card switches, settlement banks, terminal vendors, FX providers and open‑banking aggregators.
• Design features that satisfy regulatory requirements in each market.
• Drive cross‑functional execution across product, engineering, compliance and business teams.
• Write detailed product requirement documents, manage roadmaps and deliverables with solution architects and engineering leads.
• Collaborate with senior management and multiple stakeholders to accelerate decisions and remove technical blockers.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product management experience with strong exposure to payments infrastructure.
• Background in merchant payments and global fintech environments.
• Experience launching new products in new markets is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to execute in complex, high‑scale environments.
