Senior Product Manager (Crypto Trading)

About the role

Axi, a global provider of margin and deliverable FX, CFDs and financial spread betting, is looking for a Senior Product Manager (Crypto Trading) to join its Crypto Trading Product Team in Bangalore. Working closely with the Head of Product, you will build and scale multi-country trading products across Spot, Futures, Options and adjacent experiences. This is a hands-on product execution role with significant ownership of your product area.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute trading products across Spot and Derivatives (Futures, Options), with a focus on stability, retention and risk mitigation.
• Write detailed specs that turn complex trading requirements into clear, executable requirements for Engineering and Design.
• Work with Engineering on architecture, APIs, order lifecycles and technical constraints, and with Design on intuitive trading experiences.
• Understand trader needs and feedback, and channel it to continuous improvement of the product.
• Define success metrics, monitor products after launch and sign off on everything shipped from the roadmap.

Required profile

• 5+ years of Product Management experience, including shipping equity or crypto trading products.
• Deep understanding of Spot and Derivatives trading mechanics and the order lifecycle.
• Ability to write detailed product specifications covering formulas, edge cases, state transitions, validations and failure scenarios.
• Uses AI tools and LLMs as force multipliers while keeping strong human judgment.
• Strong grasp of trader psychology and the ability to define trade-offs grounded in business reality.
