Senior Product Management Specialist – Payments & Network

About the role

Mastercard’s Network Products team is seeking a Senior Specialist in Product Management to drive innovative services for its global core payments network. You will translate market and customer needs into product solutions, guiding initiatives from problem definition through implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch new Mastercard Services by collaborating with business and technical teams, translating customer needs into clear product requirements.
• Work closely with development teams, software architects, and fellow product managers to understand system functionality and shape product features.
• Create compelling presentations, narratives, and visual materials, using data analysis to support recommendations and achieve alignment.
• Communicate product concepts and documentation clearly, ensuring consistent knowledge transfer across stakeholders.
• Act as a product expert and advocate, championing solutions across cross‑functional groups.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management, preferably within payments or financial services.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market needs and translate them into product strategies.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with technical, regional, and customer‑facing teams.
• Effective verbal and written communication, capable of producing clear product documentation.
