Senior Procurement Manager – IT & BPO

About the role

The Senior Procurement Manager – IT & BPO leads strategic sourcing and category management for a $300M portfolio of technology, consulting and business process outsourcing spend, partnering with Global IT, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to drive value, mitigate risk and support PepsiCo’s digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive supplier and sourcing strategies for the IT and BPO category.
• Lead end‑to‑end procurement activities including category strategy, supplier selection, competitive bidding, contract negotiations, Master Services Agreements and Statement of Work development.
• Collaborate with Global and Divisional IT teams, Legal and Finance to execute strategies and achieve annual productivity targets.
• Manage spend analysis, preferred‑supplier analysis and drive cost savings while optimizing the supplier base.
• Lead RFP/RFQ/RFI processes, maintenance renewals and miscellaneous projects, ensuring compliance with PepsiCo policies.

Required profile

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in procurement, finance or IT, preferably with IT services, enterprise software and hardware/telecom procurement.
• Strong collaboration, communication, influencing, strategic, analytical and project‑management skills.
• Ability to work in a matrixed, ambiguous environment and drive change.

Required skills

• Experience sourcing from major technology and consulting suppliers such as IBM, SAP, Microsoft, Oracle, PwC, Deloitte, EY, Cognizant, HCL, Infosys and Symantec.
• Familiarity with AI agents and chat‑bot capabilities to accelerate contract review and execution.
