Senior Procure-to-Pay Specialist

About the role

The Senior Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Representative is a key member of the Americas Finance Shared Services organization, supporting end‑to‑end P2P operations across North and Latin America. This role acts as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, suppliers, outsourced service providers and internal finance teams to ensure efficient, compliant and customer‑focused processes.

Key responsibilities

• Support the full Procure-to-Pay cycle, including requisitions, purchase orders, invoice processing, supplier maintenance and payment support.
• Act as subject‑matter expert for P2P processes and systems, partnering with outsourced providers to meet service levels.
• Monitor and resolve escalated invoice, payment and supplier issues.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end close activities related to Accounts Payable and reconcile AP sub‑ledger balances.
• Ensure compliance with SOX controls, company policies and procurement procedures, and support internal and external audits.
• Maintain approval matrices, signatory authorities and workflow governance documentation.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and finance transformation initiatives.
• Provide KPI reporting, analytics and develop training materials.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain or a related field (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in Procure-to-Pay, Accounts Payable, Shared Services or Finance Operations, preferably within a multinational organization.
• Demonstrated ability to work with ERP‑based financial processes and to collaborate across global teams.
