Senior Process Executive - Clinical Specialist

About the role

Enovis is seeking a Senior Process Executive – Clinical Specialist to act as a bridge between clinical documentation and revenue cycle operations. The role focuses on ensuring accurate medical record review, supporting coding, validating charge capture, and preventing denials while complying with US healthcare regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review medical records for completeness, accuracy, and payer compliance.
• Identify documentation gaps that could affect coding accuracy and reimbursement.
• Support Clinical Documentation Improvement (CDI) initiatives and educate providers on best practices.
• Analyze claims for documentation‑related denials and underpayments.
• Resolve clinical, medical‑necessity, and authorization denials, and prepare supporting documentation for appeals.
• Ensure accurate charge capture and optimize reimbursement.
• Collaborate with coders, billing teams, and payers to maintain compliance.
• Mentor junior associates and contribute to process improvement projects.

Required profile

• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• In‑depth knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and US payer guidelines.
• Experience resolving claim issues, reducing outstanding AR, and improving cash flow.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
