Senior Process Associate – PTP Analytics & Automation

About the role

Invesco is seeking a Senior Process Associate to lead analytics, automation and transformation initiatives within its Procure-to-Pay (PTP) function. Based in Hyderabad, you will work closely with finance, procurement, treasury and technology teams to drive operational efficiency and support regulatory and technology projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance PTP dashboards, KPIs, scorecards and management reporting.
• Analyse performance trends, provide actionable insights to leadership and prepare executive-level reports for governance forums.
• Identify, evaluate and implement automation opportunities using Power Platform, AI-enabled solutions and workflow tools.
• Support deployment, governance and performance monitoring of automation technologies.
• Participate in transformation projects: design, testing, implementation, stakeholder communication and post-production stabilization.
• Assist with regulatory and technology initiatives such as ISO 20022, ViDA, ServiceNow and Oracle Fusion enhancements.
• Strengthen process governance, support SOX compliance, audit requests and control testing.
• Collaborate with global PTP teams and external partners to manage issues and track progress.

Required profile

• Senior-level experience in finance or procurement process analytics and automation.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Proven project coordination skills across cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements (e.g., SOX).
