Senior Performance Marketing Specialist – Airline Meta Search

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimise airline meta‑search platforms such as Skyscanner, Google Flights and Wego. You will work closely with supply, revenue and tech teams to ensure accurate, competitive listings and drive growth for our Flights business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise airline meta‑search channels (Skyscanner, Wego, Google Flights) to improve rankings, data feeds and algorithm performance.
• Monitor traffic, sales and ROI, using data insights and user feedback to identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to enhance the booking journey and overall user experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to uncover new growth opportunities.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree from a reputed institute.
• 1–2 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, preferably in travel, aviation or e‑commerce.
• Experience in revenue management, performance optimisation and a solid understanding of airline operations, pricing models and distribution channels.
• Familiarity with meta‑search engine optimisation and performance‑marketing techniques.
