Senior Performance Marketing Manager (Meta Search)

About the role

MakeMyTrip is looking for a senior performance marketing professional to lead and optimise our airline meta‑search presence on platforms such as Skyscanner, Google Flights and Wego. You will work closely with product, analytics and creative teams to drive high‑quality traffic, improve conversion funnels and maximise ROI for our flight inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and optimise listings on airline meta‑search platforms to ensure accuracy, competitiveness and visibility.
• Collaborate with supply, revenue and technology teams to enhance data feeds, rankings and algorithm performance.
• Monitor traffic, sales and ROI metrics, using data insights to identify improvement opportunities.
• Work with product and design teams to streamline the booking journey and enhance user experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitor strategies to uncover new growth avenues.

Required profile

• Post‑graduate degree from a reputable institute.
• 2–4 years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing, preferably in travel, aviation or e‑commerce.
• Experience with revenue management and performance optimisation.
• Strong understanding of airline operations, pricing models and distribution channels.
