Senior Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

The Senior Performance Marketing Executive will drive IQ‑EQ’s digital advertising strategy across key platforms. You will work within a global marketing team to ensure spend translates into measurable business results through data‑driven optimisation and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise campaigns on LinkedIn, Google Ads and display networks, aligning with business objectives.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics such as CTR, CPC and conversion rates using audience segmentation, keyword research and campaign structure optimisation.
• Implement end‑to‑end tracking and reporting with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager to support data‑driven decisions.
• Partner with design and content teams to produce compelling ad creative that adheres to brand standards.
• Stay current with digital marketing best practices, share insights within the team and provide operational support as needed.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads (AdWords), LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Analytics.
• Solid understanding of campaign tracking fundamentals and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong analytical mindset, using data to guide optimisation decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Flexibility to work European business hours and collaborate with global teams.
