Senior Order Management Analyst – Revenue Ops

About the role

Fivetran is looking for a Senior Order Management Analyst to join its Revenue Operations team in Bengaluru. You will own operational reporting, dashboards and data governance for the global Order Management function, working across Salesforce, NetSuite, Looker and other systems.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain real‑time Order Operations dashboards in Looker, Salesforce and Google Sheets to monitor bookings, cycle times, error trends and SLA performance.
• Manage daily triage of blocked sales orders, integration errors and amendment backlogs, driving root‑cause resolution with cross‑functional teams.
• Conduct final reviews of complex closed‑won opportunities in Salesforce CPQ for policy compliance, pricing accuracy and revenue recognition.
• Maintain SOPs, test cases and validation runbooks as operations transition from offshore partners.
• Partner with Systems Engineering to monitor order flow health, execute UAT for new product releases and refine validation rules.

Required profile

• 4+ years of hands‑on experience in SaaS Order Management, Deal Desk or Revenue Operations.
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce CPQ and NetSuite ERP.
• Proven ability to build operational dashboards and reports using Looker, Power BI, Tableau or Salesforce Analytics.
• Strong understanding of subscription billing models and SOX control frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for cross‑time‑zone collaboration.
