Senior Operations Manager - North

About the role

Chai Point is seeking a Senior Operations Manager for its North region to own the P&L, drive revenue growth, and ensure operational excellence across its retail stores. The role combines strategic planning, team leadership, and hands‑on execution to enhance customer experience and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Own regional P&L and achieve revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
• Drive business growth through market expansion, new store selection, and events.
• Ensure strict adherence to inventory management, quality, and food‑safety standards.
• Lead training, coaching, performance management, and employee engagement for store teams.
• Monitor and improve key metrics such as same‑store sales growth, customer retention, and NPS.
• Coordinate with aggregators, resolve disputes, and maintain 100% store uptime on delivery channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations heads to solve cross‑functional issues.
• Analyze risks and opportunities, providing strategic insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of experience with an MBA.
• Proven P&L management and large‑team leadership experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a high‑growth environment.
• Self‑driven, proactive, and comfortable with fast‑paced operations.
• People‑first approach with solid background in inventory, quality compliance, and operational control.
