Senior NetSuite Software Engineer

About the role

Fictiv is looking for a Senior NetSuite Software Engineer to own the administration, optimization, and customization of its NetSuite ERP platform. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver integrations, reports, and process improvements that drive operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Administer NetSuite ERP, managing users, roles, permissions, and system configuration.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom forms, fields, records, workflows, SuiteScript, and SuiteAnalytics reports.
• Lead NetSuite release testing, system upgrades, and regular maintenance activities.
• Develop and support integrations between NetSuite and third‑party applications, and handle data migration projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers, conduct knowledge‑transfer sessions, and enforce development best practices.

Required profile

• 6+ years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing solutions in NetSuite.
• Deep knowledge of NetSuite modules such as GL, Order to Cash, Inventory, AP/AR, Billing, Purchasing, Revenue Recognition, Asset Management, and OneWorld.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently and adapt to changing priorities.
• NetSuite certifications (SuiteFoundation, Administrator, etc.) are a plus.
