Senior Model-Based Design Engineer (MBD)

About the role

Bosch Group is looking for a Senior Model-Based Design Engineer to lead the development of high‑fidelity control models for complex systems. You will work in a global team, translating demanding requirements into robust Simulink architectures and ensuring seamless integration with hardware and firmware.

Key responsibilities

• Design and structure Simulink models following MAAB guidelines to meet high‑level system requirements.
• Develop advanced control logic using Stateflow and Simulink.
• Create custom MATLAB M‑scripts and tools for automation, data analysis, and reporting.
• Lead Model‑Based Testing activities, generate test sequences and achieve full MC/DC coverage.
• Represent the team in international forums, presenting architectural decisions and progress.
• Collaborate closely with hardware, firmware and testing teams to ensure model integration and deployment.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years of experience in model‑based design and control engineering.
• BE/B.Tech or M.E/M.Tech in Electronics or related field.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with global, cross‑functional teams.
