Senior Mobile App Developer (iOS & Android)

About the role

Bosch Global Software Technologies is looking for a Senior Mobile App Developer to design, build and maintain high‑performance applications for both iOS and Android platforms. You will work within a cross‑functional team to deliver new features, ensure app quality, and continuously improve performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain native iOS apps using Swift or Objective‑C and Android apps using Java/Kotlin.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to define and ship new features.
• Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness through testing and optimization.
• Identify and fix bottlenecks, bugs, and memory‑related issues.
• Maintain clean, well‑organized code and automate build processes.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and incorporate them to improve development efficiency.
• Write unit tests covering edge cases and usability scenarios.
• Integrate third‑party libraries and work with RESTful APIs.
• Participate in code reviews and share knowledge across the team.

Required profile

• B.E. or B.Tech degree.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in mobile application development.
• Strong proficiency in Swift and/or Objective‑C, and Java/Kotlin for Android.
• Deep understanding of iOS SDK, Cocoa Touch, UIKit and Android frameworks.
• Experience with OOP principles, design patterns (MVVM, MVC, VIPER) and RESTful API integration.
• Solid knowledge of memory management, threading, and performance optimization.
