Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Functional Consultant to lead digital transformation initiatives within our shipping and logistics operations. The role combines deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE with strong knowledge of maritime, freight forwarding, and logistics processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture shipping and logistics requirements.
• Conduct workshops, fit‑gap analysis, and process mapping for shipment lifecycle, cargo handling, and vessel operations.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 CE modules, workflows, dashboards, forms, and business rules.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with ERP, Port Management, WMS, TMS, and third‑party carrier systems.
• Leverage Power Platform components to automate workflows and enhance user experience.
• Drive UAT, training, deployment, and post‑production support.
• Prepare BRDs, FRDs, process documentation, and SOPs.
• Participate in governance meetings and provide functional recommendations.

Required profile

• 8‑12 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE functional consulting.
• Strong background in shipping, maritime, freight forwarding, or logistics domains.
• Proven ability to gather requirements, perform business analysis, and design functional solutions.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with excellent stakeholder management.
