Navjivan Nature Cure Centre is seeking a Senior Medical Officer to lead its clinical team in a holistic residential wellness environment. The role blends conventional medical expertise with a deep commitment to naturopathy, lifestyle medicine, and compassionate patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day medical operations and ensure high standards of patient care.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate the clinical team, fostering a culture of compassion and excellence.
• Integrate naturopathic and lifestyle‑medicine approaches into treatment plans.
• Maintain clinical records, ensure compliance with health regulations, and support continuous quality improvement.
• Reside on‑site to be an integral part of the healing community and respond promptly to patient needs.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of clinical experience as a qualified medical doctor.
• Strong passion for naturopathy, holistic healing, and lifestyle medicine.
• Demonstrated leadership and decision‑making abilities.
• Willingness to live on the campus and engage fully with the community.
• Fluency in English; Hindi and Gujarati preferred.
