Senior MATLAB ASW Developer / Architect (EDC3)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior MATLAB ASW Developer / Architect to join Bosch's technology powerhouse in Pune. The role focuses on model‑based functional development, software architecture, and integration of hardware components within an Agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement model‑based functional solutions using MATLAB/Simulink.
• Develop software architecture and integrate sensors and actuators with hardware platforms.
• Conduct software testing, validation, and integration activities, including hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing.
• Maintain version control using GIT and manage CI pipelines with Jenkins.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams following Agile methodologies.
• Mentor junior engineers and support delivery milestones.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical & Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 8‑10 years of experience in embedded software development.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and debugging abilities.
• Hands‑on experience across all phases of the software development lifecycle.

Required skills

• MATLAB and Simulink (advanced concepts, s‑function, m‑function).
• C programming and OOP concepts.
• TargetLink compiler.
• Version control tools: GIT, SVN.
• CI/CD tools: Jenkins.
• Agile project experience.
• UML design using Enterprise Architect or Rational Rhapsody.
• Requirement management tools: ALM, Azure DevOps.
• Unit test frameworks: GTest, Tessy, CAN/Tata.
• Hardware interfacing with sensors and actuators.
