Senior Manager – Workforce Transformation Advisory

About the role

PwC’s Workforce Consulting team helps organisations optimise their people strategy, talent management and organisational design. As a Senior Manager you will act as a generalist consultant, delivering end‑to‑end workforce and talent transformation initiatives that align with client strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead business development activities, map the market and drive pursuit of new opportunities across industry verticals.
• Own delivery of client projects from strategic planning through execution, ensuring quality and impact.
• Provide thought leadership by authoring research, curating insights and positioning PwC capabilities for the Indian market.
• Manage and mentor a team of consultants, delivering feedback and supporting their professional growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 + years of experience in HR consulting or workforce transformation.
• Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources.
