About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Manager Talent Acquisition (Country Lead) to spearhead our hiring strategy, lead a high‑performing team, and drive large‑scale talent initiatives in a rapidly evolving business environment. This role will oversee end‑to‑end recruitment delivery across India, partnering closely with business and HR leaders to shape workforce plans, anticipate talent needs, and build forward‑looking hiring strategies aligned to growth and transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to ensure operational excellence, strong stakeholder engagement, and a high‑quality candidate experience.
• Drive execution rigor, elevate talent quality, embed data‑driven hiring practices, and foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Navigate complex hiring demands, influence senior leaders, and ensure the talent acquisition team performs at scale with agility and consistency.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading recruitment teams in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments, preferably within technology or advanced manufacturing.
• Demonstrated ability to build sustainable talent pipelines, strengthen employer branding, drive diversity outcomes, and deliver innovative sourcing approaches.
