Senior Manager – Supply Planning

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply planning and production scheduling for the Potato Chips category across the North Region manufacturing network. The role ensures optimal service levels, inventory health and cost productivity while driving capacity planning, network optimisation and new product commercialization.

Key responsibilities

• Own rough‑cut capacity planning and detailed production planning (DPP) for the Potato Chips portfolio.
• Develop and maintain monthly, weekly and line‑level production schedules aligned with demand, capacity and inventory targets.
• Lead sourcing and network‑optimisation decisions to balance service, cost and capacity utilisation.
• Drive successful commercialization of new product launches, promotions, pack transitions and SKU rationalisation.
• Deliver core supply‑chain KPIs such as service level, MPS adherence, demand compliance, production adherence, inventory health and freight cost.
• Act as the primary supply‑planning interface with Manufacturing, Category, R&D, Procurement and Agro teams.
• Implement and manage ESP/JDA modules (tactical sourcing, DRP, RP, IO, DPP) and leverage tools like LLamasoft and Lyric for continuous improvement.
• Support capacity planning for annual and seasonal business plans and lead E2E cost‑optimisation initiatives in collaboration with Finance and Manufacturing.

Required profile

• Proven experience in supply planning, production scheduling or related functions within a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Track record of delivering results in network optimisation and cost‑to‑serve reduction.
