Senior Manager – Supply Chain, North & West

About the role

We are looking for a senior supply‑chain leader to oversee end‑to‑end dispatches across the North & West zone. The role focuses on cost optimisation, freight efficiency and delivering a high level of customer service while ensuring inventory freshness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage zone‑wide dispatch operations, identify cost‑saving opportunities and monitor plant logistics costs.
• Drive freight‑efficiency initiatives and support logistics strategy to improve stock management.
• Improve customer service by reducing depot out‑of‑stock situations and ensuring 24‑hour order turnaround.
• Maintain robust supply‑chain processes: supply planning, FG inventory control, dispatch and freight management, and warehouse space optimisation.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations and plant teams on raw‑material planning, production scheduling and stock movements.
• Lead SAP‑related logistics projects, participate in monthly S&OP and demand‑planning reviews, and provide business insights.
• Promote continuous improvement, innovation and cross‑functional collaboration across the supply‑chain network.

Required profile

• Master’s degree in Operations, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 6‑7 years of FMCG experience, preferably in the beverages sector.
• Strong understanding of logistics, warehousing and planning processes.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
