Senior Manager – Strategic Sourcing IT Services (BPO) – Pune

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead strategic sourcing for IT Services (hardware, software licences) for a BPO client in Pune. The role will drive global sourcing initiatives, manage a multi‑million dollar spend and ensure supplier performance and continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead global strategic sourcing initiatives across direct and indirect procurement categories for IT Services (Hardware, Software Licences).
• Manage multi‑million annual procurement spend, including supplier selection, negotiations, and contract lifecycle management.
• Deliver savings through supplier negotiations, cost‑reduction programs, and working‑capital initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a supplier base, ensuring compliance, performance improvement, and supply continuity.
• Lead RFIs, RFQs, RFPs, and e‑auctions to drive competitive sourcing and market benchmarking.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, and finance teams to implement sourcing strategies and procurement efficiencies.

Required profile

• Graduates with 12+ years of overall experience.
• 8+ years in strategic sourcing of IT & Professional Services categories.
• Willing to relocate to Pune and work in shifts.
