Senior Manager Strategic PR & Communications

About the role

Joveo is seeking a senior communications professional to shape its corporate narrative and drive strategic public‑relations initiatives. Reporting to the Chief of Strategic Initiatives & Global Supply Officer, you will lead PR strategy, enhance leadership visibility, and translate internal expertise into compelling external stories.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and own Joveo’s corporate narrative, turning leader insights and customer stories into pitches, commentary, and briefing material.
• Build a sustained earned‑media program across business, technology, startup and industry outlets, cultivating relationships with journalists, editors, newsletters and podcasts.
• Strengthen leadership visibility by preparing executives for interviews, identifying speaking opportunities, and sharpening messaging while preserving personal voice.
• Lead communications for approved company milestones, product launches and funding announcements, managing FAQs and media enquiries.
• Originate creative PR campaigns that leverage customer insights, expertise or timely viewpoints, coordinating specialists and selecting appropriate channels.
• Use paid PR selectively, assessing sponsored content, distribution and events against clear audience and budget objectives.
• Measure impact by tracking coverage relevance, message accuracy, audience engagement and inbound interest, using results to refine future campaigns.

Required profile

• Proven track record of earning coverage for a technology business, startup or agency, with examples of story discovery, pitching and adaptation.
• Deep knowledge of India’s business and technology media landscape and existing relationships with relevant journalists.
• Exceptional writing and editing ability, capable of translating complex products into engaging narratives.
• Comfort advising senior leaders, challenging weak angles and recommending stronger storylines.
• Experience originating impactful campaigns, collaborations or channel ideas, with clear audience insight.
• Resourceful budget management, taking ideas through execution with limited funds.
• Background in AI, enterprise technology, corporate milestone communications or international media is a plus.
