Senior Manager – ServiceNow Managed Services Advisory

About the role

PWC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead ServiceNow Managed Services within its Advisory practice in the Mumbai region. The role combines deep technical expertise with advisory experience to help clients transform risk, compliance and internal audit functions using ServiceNow.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and lead complex GRC technology implementations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Manage multiple client deliveries, providing technical SME input across eGRC, Integrated Risk, Policy & Compliance, Internal Audit, Business Continuity and Third‑Party Risk Management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design, develop and customize ServiceNow solutions that address business problems.
• Drive service delivery excellence, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to practice development and thought leadership.

Required profile

• Proven experience at Solution Architect or Lead Developer level on ServiceNow implementations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client engagements and deliver commercial outcomes.
• Strong understanding of risk, compliance and internal audit processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
