Senior Manager – SAP Program Manager (Enterprise Apps)

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Manager to lead SAP advisory engagements for enterprise applications. You will work with clients to analyse business needs, design and implement SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and ensure seamless adoption across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end SAP SuccessFactors implementations across multiple modules.
• Conduct customer workshops, present leading practices to CXO‑level stakeholders, and translate business requirements into technical designs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimise employee life‑cycle processes and industry‑specific HR workflows.
• Provide training, support and change‑management guidance to ensure successful solution uptake.
• Contribute to complex business problem solving from strategy formulation to execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering SAP SuccessFactors projects in a consulting environment.
• Strong understanding of the full employee life‑cycle and HR domain processes.
• Demonstrated ability to lead workshops and influence senior business leaders.
• Senior‑manager level experience, capable of managing client relationships and project delivery.
