Senior Manager - Projects

About the role

The Senior Manager – Projects will lead end‑to‑end capital investment initiatives for our brewery operations. You will design and execute action plans that respect fixed timelines, assess risks, and ensure compliance with internal accounting manuals and ABI standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and audit policies guiding capital investment of supply packages (CPD, CSD, VIA).
• Guide and monitor capital activities, coordinating with internal supply and functional teams.
• Maintain the Zone Capex Master Process, control project budgets, and manage agile project delivery.
• Oversee digital transformation of project and asset management tools, including Capex dashboards and the Odyssey system.
• Manage brewery asset policies, capacity updates, and capitalized people‑cost processes.
• Prepare and track investment proposals, weekly progress reports, and audit findings.
• Track government incentives and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in brewing, packaging, mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in brewery engineering, capex or project management at a manager level.
• Strong analytical, technical and organizational abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills with a proven ability to build relationships with customers and equipment suppliers.
• Hands‑on knowledge of brewery equipment and end‑to‑end project execution.
