Senior Manager - Project Cost Control

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Manager to lead Project Cost Control for our infrastructure projects. You will be responsible for establishing budgets, monitoring expenditures, and ensuring financial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project budgets based on BOQ, contract value, and resource planning, and establish cost baselines and cash‑flow projections.
• Track actual expenditure against approved budgets, monitor committed costs, accruals, and forecast final costs, and identify cost overruns.
• Review BOQs, variation orders, and claims; support contract administration under EPC/PMC frameworks and ensure compliance with FIDIC/State PWD norms.
• Oversee verification of revenue assurance bills, reconcile physical progress with financial progress, and coordinate invoicing and payment tracking.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project cost planning, budgeting, and financial feasibility analysis.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ preparation, contract value assessment, and resource planning.
• Familiarity with EPC/PMC contract structures and compliance with FIDIC or State PWD standards.
• Ability to monitor budgets, prepare cost control dashboards, and recommend corrective actions.
