Senior Manager - Programs & Admin

About the role

Coupang is seeking a proactive Senior Manager to partner with senior leadership and drive high‑impact operational programs across its Global Operations Technology organization. The role blends executive support, program management, and operational oversight to ensure seamless execution of strategic initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complex, high‑volume calendars for senior leaders, prioritize competing demands and optimize time allocation.
• Coordinate global meetings, prepare agendas, track follow‑ups and action items, and lead staff meetings.
• Drive cross‑functional programs such as employee relocation, travel planning, office expansion, and organizational events.
• Partner with central Admin, Security, and Facilities teams and monitor vendor performance metrics.
• Support planning, tracking and reporting of team, employee‑welfare and travel budgets, managing related expenditures.
• Provide spend insights and optimization recommendations through advanced Excel tracking.
• Plan and execute town halls, employee engagement initiatives and recognition programs, handling logistics and communications.
• Lead and develop a team of 2‑3 executive assistants.

Required profile

• 10+ years of experience in calendar management and administrative support for senior leadership in a multinational setting.
• Proven track record leading large, multi‑function programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
• Experience building and leading high‑impact teams that provide exceptional value.
• Strong ownership, ability to handle ambiguity and execute strategically.
• Self‑starter with excellent multitasking capabilities.
