Senior Manager, Program Management – Lending Collections

About the role

Paytm, India’s leading mobile payments and financial services platform, is looking for a Senior Manager to lead program management for its Lending Collections business. You will shape collection strategies, drive analytics, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to improve recovery rates and support the company’s mission of democratizing credit.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement collection strategies, ensuring processes are followed and continuously improved.
• Analyze large structured and unstructured data sets, apply statistical modelling, and run A/B tests to refine collection tactics.
• Break down loss forecasts into roll rates and recovery rates, and track Account‑to‑Collection Ratios (ACR) by bucket.
• Conduct segmentation analysis and design champion‑challenger programs to boost resolution rates across products.
• Automate processes, data pipelines, and models to increase productivity and forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate with the collection strategy support unit to execute and monitor strategy performance.
